The Innest 75L UV-C LED Water Sterilizer dominates ultra high flow inline UV purification for commercial facilities, industrial plants, and massive systems, targeting 99.999% destruction of bacteria, viruses, and protozoa like Giardia and E. coli in non-stop, high-capacity environments. It delivers enterprise-level safety without downtime. The reinforced aluminum design and built-in flow switch enable adaptive, efficient scaling for the biggest demands.

Key Uses:

  • Commercial Facilities: Centralize for hotel or factory-wide E. coli protection.
  • Industrial Plants: Integrate with process lines for Giardia-free manufacturing water.
  • Large-Scale: Handle municipal-style flows in warehouses or campuses.

The powerhouse for expansive commercial water sterilization—shop now for industrial strength.

Note: For water up to 40°C; pre-filter sediment. Support ready for setup tips.

What water quality is required for the UV filter to work effectively?

Turbidity: < 1 NTU (ideally < 0.1 NTU) ≈ < 1 mg/L suspended solids

Hardness: < 120 mg/L as CaCO₃ or 120 ppm

Iron (Fe) Content: < 0.3 mg/L or 0.3 ppm

Manganese (Mn): < 0.05 mg/L or 0.05 ppm

Hydrogen Sulfide: Non-detectable, max ~0.05 mg/L 0.05 ppm

What does the UV filter remove from water?

UV-C LED sterilizers don’t physically filter particles or chemicals — instead, they inactivate microorganisms by damaging their DNA and RNA, preventing them from reproducing and causing illness. All our models effectively disinfect water against:

  • Bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella, Legionella, and coliforms
  • Viruses including Rotavirus, Norovirus, Hepatitis A, and other enteric viruses
  • Protozoa such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium
  • Fungi, yeasts, and algae that can contaminate drinking water

How long does the UV filter last?

Traditional UV systems use mercury lamps that typically need bulb replacements every 9,000 hours (around once a year). In contrast, our UV-C LED filters are built to last far longer — up to 5 years for Standard models and 8 years for Pro models. When fitted with flow switches, the LEDs deliver their highest UV dose only when water is flowing, which not only saves electricity but also extends the lifetime of the filter even further. With proper maintenance and good feed-water quality, they can last well beyond their rated lifespan.

Is any maintenance required?

Unlike traditional UV systems, our UV-C LED filters do not use mercury lamps, so there are no bulbs to replace. Maintenance is minimal: simply ensure the filter housing stays clean and that your pre-filtration system is working properly to keep sediment and impurities out. This helps the UV filter operate at peak efficiency throughout its lifetime

What’s the difference between the Standard and Pro models?

Our Pro models are built for professional environments, featuring durable stainless steel bodies instead of aluminum. They also offer a longer lifespan of up to 8 years, compared to 5 years for the Standard models.
