REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Innest EU Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our return policy is designed to be clear and fair, ensuring you have a smooth experience.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, whether the product is defective or you simply changed your mind (non-defective). This applies to all products, including those purchased during sales or promotions.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in New condition:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return (By Mail)

All returns are processed via mail. To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@innest.eu.

  1. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Shipping Label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Customer Responsibility: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer. The actual cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time (typically 3–5 days) to process and post the refund to your account.
