Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Non-EU: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway.
Shipping Options & Pricing
We offer flat-rate shipping for most European countries. The exact price for your destination will be shown at checkout based on your delivery country, the weight of your order, and your selected delivery method.

Home Delivery: Direct delivery to your specified address.

Pick-Up Box Delivery: Delivery to a convenient local pick-up point (available in select countries).
Processing Time
We aim to process and hand over all orders to our carriers on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or Slovak public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery across our supported destinations typically takes between 2 and 10 business days after the order has been processed.

Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Within the European Union: Since we ship from Slovakia (EU), there are no customs duties or import taxes for orders delivered within the EU. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Non-EU (Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein): For orders shipped to these countries, the recipient is the importer of record. You may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our checkout total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In accordance with EU consumer law, Sierra Mango, s.r.o. is responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered to you.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mail@innest.eu within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Corrections
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to redirect the package or change the address.
